Catherine Nault, former Claims Director for
Healthpartners Health Plans and HealthNet of Arizona,
started Charter Medical Mgmt & Consulting in March
2005.  Mrs. Nault and her network team of
professionals have many years of combined
experience in the health insurance business (previous
claims professionals, physician office staff, certified
coders, certified medical assistant, and Registered
Nurse), with various products - HMO, PPO, POS,
Medicare, AHCCCS, Self-funded, Indemnity.
As a consultant with SACKS Consulting, Catherine provided services to an Arizona AHCCCS
plan for operational best practices in a Claims Department.  In her last full-time employment,
she worked with a local hospital billing department as the Chargemaster Specialist, and as
liaison for vendors implementing electronic claims billing and electronic document imaging.

Catherine has worked in all aspects of claims departments, including processing claims,
training, Quality Assurance, computer conversions, supervision, Claims Director and for a short
time, Vice-President of Operations which included claims and customer service.  As Claims
Liaison at CIGNA of Arizona, she worked with members and providers to resolve claims
payment issues, whether benefits, systems, contract processes, coding, provider billing, etc.

On a personal note, Catherine volunteers as a member of the Pima County Foster Care Review
Board and at Academy of Tucson Elementary School.
